It's summer - the perfect time to get creative in the kitchen, for example with a delicious matcha aioli in savory dishes! It sounds unusual at first, but we would like to encourage you to give it a try.
Why Matcha Aioli is a brilliant idea for summer
In this blog post, we present you an unusual matcha recipe : Matcha Aioli. The creamy, green sauce is an exciting variation of the classic Mediterranean dip and is perfect for summer dishes. What's more, it's prepared in no time at all, and with vegan mayonnaise you can easily prepare the spicy cream in a plant-based way.
Matcha not only gives the aioli a beautiful green color, but also a subtle, earthy note that harmonizes perfectly with the spicy taste of garlic and the freshness of lemon juice. And it goes well with absolutely everything: burgers, fish, grilled vegetables, poached eggs, toasted bread or fries... let your imagination run wild.
