"Gunroku" is a Finest Premium Matcha, specially developed for the traditional preparation of Koicha - the intense, thick form of Matcha. Made from selected Tencha and gently ground in stone mills, it impresses with a fresh, elegant aroma and a deep, harmonious taste that lingers long after.
Koicha - highest Matcha quality
This Matcha is suitable for Koicha, the particularly concentrated preparation method of the Japanese tea ceremony with little water. Traditionally, only Matcha of particularly high quality is used for this.
