We currently deliver to:

What payment options are available?
You can pay with PayPal, Visa card, Klarna, EPS transfer or advance payment (bank transfer).
Can I change my order after payment?
Unfortunately that is not possible.
How long will it take for my order to arrive and who will deliver it?
The regular delivery time in Austria is 2-4 working days. We deliver to other countries within 3-6 working days, depending on the destination country.
Delivery is usually carried out by DPD.
Can I return tea that has already been opened / used dishes?
We are a small company. In contrast to large corporations, accepting returns is expensive for us. We are generally unable to accept returns of tea that has already been opened or used goods.

Where can I redeem my voucher code?
Put the items in your shopping cart as usual and go to checkout. Above the total price you will find a field where you can enter your gift voucher. The credit will be automatically deducted from the total price.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Yes, that's possible! Put the goods in your shopping cart as usual. Before you go to checkout, you have the option of having the product gift-wrapped.
