Organic+Detox
All organic? Of course! At this special tasting, we'll serve you exquisite organic matcha and organic sencha from Shimane Province. For an extra dose of health, we'll show you how to boost your immune system with organic benifuuki powder. Low-caffeine teas like bancha and genmaicha, as well as the exclusive herbal tea "Kurumoji-cha," are perfect for those sensitive to caffeine.

Buddhist tea ritual in the style of Japanese Soto Zen
Tea is our daily business, but our calling is Japanese Zen Buddhism. We are both ordained priests and are happy to offer a ceremonial tea-drinking session in our meditation room for those interested. We will give you a brief introduction to Zen meditation. This option is perfect for those seeking contemplation and silence.
