This Japanese ceramic grater is ideal for grating fresh ginger finely and juicily. The sharp, conically shaped ceramic teeth grip the fibers and allow for quick grating without the need for a metal blade.
With a diameter of 16 cm, the grater offers sufficient working surface for daily use. In addition to ginger, you can also finely grate garlic, daikon, and other suitable ingredients.
Secure grip while grating
On the underside there is an all-round non-slip silicone ring. This means the grater stands stably on a suitable work surface and can also be held securely with one hand.
The grating surface and collection bowl form a single unit. Juice and finely grated ingredients collect directly in the bowl and can then be used further.
With practical cleaning brush
A small brush is already included in the delivery. With it, grated ingredients can be loosened from the grating surface and removed as completely as possible from the bowl.
Since the grating surface is made of ceramic, it does not rust and does not transfer a metallic taste to the ingredients.
