This Japanese ceramic grater is perfect for grating fresh ginger finely and juicily. The sharp, conical ceramic teeth grip the fibers and allow for quick grating without the need for a metal blade.
With a diameter of 16 cm, the grater offers ample surface area for daily use. In addition to ginger, you can also finely grate garlic, daikon, and other suitable ingredients.
Secure grip while grating
There is a circumferential silicone anti-slip ring on the underside. This ensures the grater sits stably on a suitable work surface and is easy to hold with one hand.
The grating surface and the collection bowl form a single unit. Juice and finely grated ingredients collect directly in the bowl and can then be used further.
With a practical cleaning brush
A small brush is already included. It can be used to loosen grated ingredients from the grating surface and remove them as completely as possible from the bowl.
Since the grating surface is made of ceramic, it does not rust and does not impart a metallic taste to the ingredients.
